1. Acceptance of the First-Class Pass Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by True North Interactive Ltd. via truenorthgame.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement outlines the rules governing your use of our simulated social casino platform and details our subscription-based monetization model.

2. Subscription Billing and Virtual Rewards

True North Interactive operates exclusively on a subscription model known as the First-Class Pass. We do not sell virtual currency through microtransactions. Your subscription grants you access to premium game features, ad-free environments, and regular distributions of virtual currency necessary for gameplay.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. All billing inquiries must be directed to support@truenorthgame.com.

3. Nature of Virtual Currency (Polar-Coins)

Polar-Coins (PLC) are the sole virtual currency utilized on the Aurora Express platform. They are provided as part of your First-Class Pass or through free daily allowances. Polar-Coins hold strictly zero cash value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for real money, goods, or any other item of value outside of our platform.

We maintain absolute discretion over the distribution, value, and mechanics associated with Polar-Coins within the platform environment.

4. Account Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. True North Interactive strictly prohibits underage usage and reserves the right to terminate any account suspected of violating this policy without notice.

5. User Conduct on the Aurora Express

We foster a safe, social environment. Users are prohibited from engaging in abusive behavior, attempting to manipulate the software, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized scripts or automation tools. Violations of community guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any accrued virtual assets.

6. Intellectual Property & License to Play

All content on truenorthgame.com, including game mechanics, art assets, code, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of True North Interactive Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

7. Modifications to the Service

We continuously strive to improve the Aurora Express experience. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service, including specific games or virtual economy balancing, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, except where prohibited by applicable law.
