1. Acceptance of Terms and Legal Age Requirements

By accessing or using the True North Entertainment platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in any simulated games on this Platform. We reserve the right to verify age and restrict access if these criteria are not met.

2. Description of the Simulated Platform

True North Entertainment provides a free-to-play social casino simulation environment. The games offered, including "Cryo Reels" and "Aurora Wheel," are strictly for entertainment purposes. They simulate casino-style mechanics but do not offer real-money gambling opportunities.

3. Virtual Currency Policy: The Nature of Glacier Credits

The Platform utilizes a virtual currency known as "Glacier Credits" (GLC). GLC are digital tokens used exclusively to participate in the simulator games. GLC cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be redeemed for real money, and have absolutely no cash value. They exist solely to track progress and session activity within the Outpost.

4. Monetization Model: Outpost Premium Subscriptions & Cosmetic Unlocks

While the core gameplay is entirely free, we offer voluntary monetization options to support the platform:

• Premium Subscriptions: Users may opt to purchase a recurring subscription that grants an ad-free experience, early access to beta simulators (e.g., Deep Core Mining), and monthly lore drops.
• Cosmetic Unlocks: Users may purchase digital avatars, badges, and UI themes to customize their profile.

These purchases are entirely optional and provide no competitive advantage or increased odds in the simulator games.

5. Explicit 'No Real Money' Wager Declaration

Under no circumstances is real money wagered on this Platform. Any fees paid are for the subscription services or cosmetic digital goods described above. You cannot win, earn, or withdraw real cash, physical prizes, or any items of value from your participation in the simulators.

6. Account Creation, Security, and Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate the simulation mechanics.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including game assets, lore, branding, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of True North Entertainment Ltd. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases for Premium Subscriptions and cosmetic unlocks are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. As these are digital services consumed upon access, we cannot process refunds for voluntary account upgrades.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, waiving any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
